• Everyone's Duty: All employees and contractors are responsible for adhering to this HSE policy and complying with relevant health and safety laws. This means following safe work procedures, using required PPE, and reporting any potential HSE violations.
• Speaking Up: We expect anyone who witnesses or becomes aware of a potential HSE violation to report it immediately to their supervisor or the HSE department. We encourage an open culture where concerns are raised, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for intentional HSE policy violations.
